Although calculating deadlines for 的 delivery of 的 earnest money and 的 termination option fee use calendar days, 的 One to Four Family Residential Contract (Resale) (TXR 1601) allows that if 的 final day for delivery of those funds falls on a weekend or legal holiday, 的 deadline is moved to 的 next day that is not a weekend or legal holiday.
